Waited for 10 min to get a simple question answered. So we drove up there, found out they had a plenty of the item I was inquiring about. As well notice all the employees where just standing around having conversations with each other. !!!!!!!!!!!! Why no one could answer my phone call ???? TOO BUSY WITH EACH OTHER !!!!!!!!!! THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS A NEGATIVE !

It's a great place that I've been to many times. Excellent customer service. This time they really tried, but failed partially. I asked if they had Seagrape trees in the garden center and was told they can't sell them because they are protected. Ironically their website touts their native plants. Thankfully they do have native plants, including seagrape trees. I'm glad to go back for any products they offer, but for plant knowledge I'd show up during the day when the garden center staff is there.
