DIYM was fantastic! They catered our church Christmas party. The food was absolutely amazing and their service was impeccable. Highly recommend their services for any and all catering needs.

I was the manager of the Executive Club chalet at the Tico Airshow and I can tell you they did an excellent job all three days and did exactly what was asked by us. He did get somewhat delayed in traffic through no fault of his own (did you see the crowds?) but was still there in ample time for lunch. Our crowd was much larger than expected when upgrades were sold but we never ran out of food and substitute fruit trays were served to replace the veggie tray. (Somehow when food is included, sometimes more is taken by individuals than Intended also.). Each day's menu was different and more was added throughout the afternoon so perhaps this individual was only there during the pork portion...which was excellent. They also cater our VAC fly in monthly. breakfast and last night's dinner with the Thunderbirds and had nothing but raves. I highly recommend them for any events!!!!
