Titusville police are turning to the Bible for possible answers after someone tagged multiple locations with cryptic references to a biblical verse about the Day of Atonement, burnt offerings and afflicting souls. The spray-painted scriptural references have been left behind at shopping plazas, including on the outside walls of a Target store, an auto shop and Astronaut High School. It is enough that now patrol officers are watching for more potential vandalism, but without any clear-cut inspiration or criminal motive, officials say.
