BREVARD COUNTY • TITUSVILLE, FLORIDA – Titusville Police announced on Thursday that an arrest has been made in connection to the April 24 shooting death of 56-year-old Carl F. Wigfall of Titusville. Police identified the suspect as Dominic Michaud Bland, 31, of Titusville. Bland was taken into custody on April 26, 2023, and charged with First Degree Premeditated Murder, Felony Fleeing and Eluding from Law Enforcement, 2 counts of Violation of Probation, Resisting Arrest, and Driving with a Suspended License with Knowledge.
